The Solari kit arrives pre-cut and numbered with an assembly manual; a building of this size is a job for a builder or an experienced team. The base footprint is 5.09 × 8.59 m: prepare a level base of at least that size, a concrete slab, paving slabs or ground screws. Once Solari is up, treat the wood (how and when).
