Aurea is an insulated log house of 5.76 × 7.4 m with 61.54 m² inside, built with 44 mm log walls. Floor, wall and roof insulation kits are part of the package, as listed above. It suits a home or holiday house used in every season.
Inside there are 4 rooms. Two sets are available, Economic and Premium. Warranty: 60 months.
The Aurea kit is delivered across the UK, Ireland and Europe. It needs a firm, level base such as a concrete slab, paving slabs or ground screws. The Aurea kit arrives pre-cut and numbered with an assembly manual; a building of this size is a job for a builder or an experienced team. A wood treatment in the first weeks keeps Aurea looking right for years; see the Koralan guide.
Other sizes: insulated wooden houses. Typical budgets: garden building prices. Need Aurea changed? Send a sketch.
