- Size — the biggest factor by far.
- Seasonal or year-round — an insulated house you can live in costs several times more than a summer cabin of the same size.
- Extras — floor, windows and doors, roof covering, terrace. On many smaller cabins the floor is an option, so compare like with like.
- Delivery — depends on where you are; we quote it for your address.
