Thermally modified Nordic pine, heat-treated at 212 °C — Thermo-D class. Heat and steam only; no chemicals at any stage. The treatment changes the timber itself, so the warm brown runs through the full thickness of the board rather than sitting on the surface.

• Moisture content 4–7 %, roughly half that of untreated timber — far less swelling and shrinkage
• Rot resistance is inherent, not applied: decay fungi need above 20 % moisture and this timber stays below it
• Left unoiled it weathers to an even silver-grey; oiled it holds the brown. Service life is the same either way
• Fixings must be stainless steel A2 or A4 — the timber is acidic and ordinary fixings stain the wood
• Not for load-bearing use, and not in ground or standing-water contact

Lengths 3.0–5.4 m. This is the range the profile is produced in, not guaranteed stock for every size — we confirm the exact lengths available with every order before production.

Reading the price: the price shown is per square metre of wall — it already accounts for the cover width, i.e. how much of each board is visible once fitted.
