OLMO 27 is a 4.80 × 5.70 m timber garden building with 24.2 m² of internal floor area. It is a natural fit for a garden office, guest annexe or summer room.

The building uses 44 mm profiled spruce logs that slot together at the corners — no glue, no special tools, just the numbered parts and the assembly manual. The roof rises from 2295 mm at the eaves to 2565 mm at the ridge. Windows and doors are glazed with Garage gates.

Supplied as a precision-cut kit with an illustrated assembly manual. Floor boards, interior cladding and the PVC window and door set are priced separately below, so you only pay for what you need. 16 units fit in a full truck load, which is what keeps the delivered price down on bulk orders.
